Highfest Magical Science Workshops

At this year's Highfest event, we have engaged Doctor Hanton (author of Cool Physics) to host a series of Magical Science Workshops across the afternoon from 1.30 pm - 5.00 pm.  

Each workshop runs for 30 minutes and is limited to 8 - 10 children per workshop.  Children in F3 and above may attend the workshops unsupervised, while an adult must accompany children in F2 and below to help them in the workshop.  Workshop attendance is free.

Please book tickets to the Highfest Magical Science Workshops once you have purchased your Highfest Entry Tickets and ensure you choose a Workshop appropriate for your child's age.

Highfest Workshop Schedule

1.30 pm – 2.00 pm – Bathbombs & Slime Workshops (suitable for ages 7+)

2.05 pm – 2.35 pm – Bathbombs & Slime Workshops (suitable for ages 7+)

2.40 pm – 3.10 pm – Slime & Volcanoes Workshop (suitable for ages >6)

3.15 pm – 3.45 pm – Slime & Volcanoes Workshop (suitable for ages >6)

3.50 pm – 4.20 pm – Wacky Experiments Workshop (suitable for all ages)

4.25 pm – 4.55 pm – Wacky Experiments Workshop (suitable for all ages)

Please make sure you arrive 2 - 5 minutes at the Magical Science School Pod before your booked Workshop is set to start.  Upon arrival, you can locate the Magical Science School Pod drawn on the map you receive at the Highfest entrance.
