Highfields May Ball

Introduction:

This year Highfields Independent Day School and Nursery will host a May Ball celebrating 78 years of transforming pupils' lives at the exclusive Kelham Hall.

Please join our Trustees, past and present Highfields Principals, Alumni, Staff, Teachers, Parents and Carers at this special event. 

Tickets are priced at £75 each and can be purchased by contacting ffh@highfieldsschool.co.uk directly.  We are not currently selling these tickets on our website.

Event Details:

• Prosecco Reception with live entertainment from 7 pm in the Great Hall  
• Gourmet 3-Course Dinner designed by Executive Head Chef Dan in the Great Hall 
• Live Auction 
• Raffle 
• Live Band and DJ
• Carriages at Midnight 
• Dress: Black or White Tie / Ball Gown

Fundraising:

While the primary objective of this year's Highfields May Ball is to celebrate the school's successes with family and friends, we nevertheless have a fundraising target.

We hope to raise £20,000 from the May Ball fund for future FFH school projects.  Find out more about our current project plans here.

COMMON QUESTIONS

"I would like to get to know other school parents socially, but right now I don't know very many.  If I go to the Highfields May Ball where will I sit?

On the night, we will have 20 tables of 10 guests, totalling 200 people.  While some parents group together to buy an entire table for 10, most people buy 2 - 6 tickets and are mixed with other school parents to make up a table of 10.  Once all the tickets have been sold we will contact you to find the right table for you and your guest(s).

May I invite my family and friends to the Highfields May Ball?

Yes, you are welcome to include your family and friends with your ticket booking and your group will be seated together on one table.

What happens if the Highfields May Ball is cancelled due to COVID?

Should the event be cancelled due to a change in COVID regulations, we will refund all ticket holders in full via the payment method they used to purchase their tickets.
