About the event
Step away from the energy of Highfest and take some time for yourself with our adults-only Sound Bath Sessions. These guided sessions use a combination of calming sound and gentle vibration to create a deeply relaxing environment, helping you switch off, slow down, and reset during a busy day at the festival.
Sessions will be held in the School Hall, which will be set up as a quiet, comfortable space for relaxation. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time and make your way to the big red door, where you will be welcomed and directed inside.
Spaces are limited to ensure a calm and peaceful experience for everyone, so pre-booking is essential. Tickets are contribution-based to ensure our investment at Highfest is focused on children’s activities, with a suggested minimum donation of £5 - thank you in advance.

Please note this is an adults-only session. The meeting point is at the Big Red Door, where you’ll be guided through to the School Hall for the Soundbath experience. As this session is designed for adults, tickets are available on a contribution basis, allowing us to keep as much of our fundraising investment as possible focused on activities and events for the children. We kindly ask for a minimum donation of £5 per ticket where possible.
